Is my feedback actually anonymous?
Yes, absolutely. We use a "Strictly Confidential" approach. All candidate feedback is aggregated, meaning individual names are never shared with employers. They see the data; they don't see you.
Can a company track a review back to me?
No. We prioritise a "Safe Space" environment. Our system automatically strips all identifying metadata from your feedback. To further protect you, we hide your username and display you as a generic "User Number" to ensure your identity remains 100% protected.
How is my feedback used?
We believe in "Power in Numbers." Your individual review is combined with others into larger data sets. This allows us to show candidates and companies clear patterns of behaviour—like ghosting rates—rather than individual people's specific details.
